Following his graduation at West Point, Mike was a Special Operations Pilot for TF160 and subsequently received his MBA at Harvard Business School. He is a serial entrepreneur, having served as a marketing and sales executive leader for three other tech companies that executed IPOs and an additional two acquired companies, one for $1 billion.
Pres McCormick Founder
After graduating West Point, Pres served in U.S. Special Operations Command as a Special Forces A-Team Commander (Green Berets). He recently returned after 2.5 years from the United Arab Emirates, where he provided strategic & tactical leadership expertise to guide the ongoing evolution of the talent management lifecycle & leadership development programs for the government and military.
Chris Ross Co-Founder & Operations Leader
A former U.S. Army 5th Special Forces Group Detachment Engineer. While serving in the military, he earned both his BS from the University of the State of New York, Regents College and MBA degree from City University. After completing military service, Chris earned his JD from Southwestern University School of Law and then served as a prosecutor, practicing law in Southern California for over ten years.

Preetam Dutta Chief Technology Officer
Preetam graduated from Yale University with a BS, double majoring in Chemical Engineering and Math & Econ. While a student, he was a National Science Foundation sponsored researcher, a varsity athlete and a start up enthusiast. A PhD Student in Computer Science at Columbia University, Preetam’s research focuses on machine learning and data security.
